Advanced Techniques to Increase Penis Size

Penis Stretch

This is the exercise that will increase the length of your penis, giving you a more impressive look. The first part of this exercise you should be half-erect, making the penis more pliable and easier to work with. The exercise will help lengthen your penis and strengthen it from the penis to the pubic bone.
First, encircle the penis with your thumb and forefinger behind the head, pull in a downward angle for a count of thirty, while pulling perform the PC quick flex exercise (see Kegel Exercise). After the thirty count, grab your penis at the base and shake it out twenty to thirty times to relax it. Repeat the sequence, pulling to the right, left and straight out. When you pull your penis straight out, perform the PC long flex exercise (see Kegel Exercise).
When starting this exercise the amount of pulling should be light, build slowly so that within 5 weeks you are straining with excursion to a get a good pull. But not to the extent of pain, if you feel pain at any time please stop the exercise and consult your physician. Once you are advanced for maximum pressure you can sit on a chair and grab your penis with your thumb and forefinger while using the other three fingers to grab the end of the chair and pull. While pulling squeeze your penis as hard as you can.
You can add a ligament massage to the exercise by having your penis stretched straight out, use the thumb of you’re the other hand to press on the ligament at the base of the penis. Be careful not to injury yourself, which can happen very easily.
You can stretch while you are at full erection. The purpose of this method is stretching the ligaments that attach the penis to your pubic bone. You want to push your penis down as far as possible and then grab your penis and flex it downward quickly. This should be a series of 20 reps of jerking your penis downward. On the twentieth stretch hold it for thirty seconds release the pressure and shake the tension out of your penis. You can repeat this for left, right and straight out as well. While you are holding that last stretch for thirty seconds you can squeeze the mid part of your penis, forcing blood into the penile chamber. You can do any of these stretches in the shower, the heat from the hot water can maximize your stretch.

Jelqing Exercise

This exercise also known as milking, is one of the most effective exercises of male enhancement. For this exercise to be successful your penis needs to be only 70 – 80 percent erect. A fully erect penis could harm the penis while this technique is being performed. You need to have plenty of lube for your penis. Create an ok sign with your thumb and forefinger and place at the base of the penis. Apply pressure, then pull down the length of the penis towards the head. Each stroke should take no more than three seconds. You should begin with 100 strokes and within a month slowly start to more toward 500 strokes. You should never over do it.

Issues with Jelqing

You want to make sure to be 70 – 80 percent erect before starting this exercise. If you become full erect stop the exercise and wait until the erection goes down before starting again. After awhile the penis will become fatigued and the erections will stop. You can also masterbate before your exercise.
Older men might have trouble keeping a partial erection long enough to do the jelging exercise. You can use visual stimulation in order to keep the partial erection going. If you become fully erect during the process stop and wait until your erection subsides. You can also start and stop the exercise as many times as you need to in order to maintain a partial erection.
