The short squeeze: grasp your penis at the base with your thumb and forefinger as far into your body as you can. Squeeze hard and milk upwards about an inch so that blood flows up the shaft and your penis is fully engorged. Release the repeat.
During your workout you should switch between long and short squeezes as sticking with one method could do damage to your penis.
